Tracy is a strategic and results-driven human resources leader with over 25 years of experience navigating complex workplace challenges to build engaged, high-performing teams. Her expertise spans all areas of HR, but her true talent is in balancing organizational objectives with employee well-being to create workplaces where people thrive.
Tracy brings with her a breadth of expertise across a broad range of industries, including supply chain and distribution, real estate, hospitality and tourism, film services and production, construction, and aviation, delivering strategies to meet diverse business needs. She is known for anticipating organizational challenges and proactively developing tailored pragmatic solutions. With proven success in leading negotiations, resolving workplace disputes, and implementing HR strategies supporting employees and business goals in unionized and non-unionized environments, Tracy is recognized for blending data-driven insights with a human-centred approach to influence leadership, reframe complex issues, and drive meaningful culture change.
Tracy is passionate about advancing inclusive workplaces and has been dedicated to leading and implementing robust diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and processes. This includes introducing same-sex benefits and other progressive policies far before legislation mandates them into force.
Tracy holds an MBA from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia (UBC), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and a Certified Professional HR (CPHR) designation. She also holds certification from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), recognition as a Certified Mentor Practitioner by CSME, and certification in Indigenous Studies from the University of Alberta, as well as certification in "Getting to Yes" Negotiation practice from Harvard Business School.

As a CPA and former Director of Finance at the McLean Group of Companies, Shannon brings deep expertise across a wide range of industries—including aviation, real estate, film production, construction, and financial services—delivering solutions that support organizational growth, improve financial clarity, and strengthen operational resilience.
Throughout her career, Shannon has built a reputation for her ability to align strategic financial planning with real-world execution. She has successfully led M&A transactions, developed investment reporting frameworks, managed multimillion-dollar cash flow forecasting, and executed treasury functions across multiple corporate and ownership structures. Her strengths lie in simplifying complexity, navigating change, and leading teams with empathy, clarity, and a good sense of humor.
A champion of efficiency and innovation, Shannon has led several system implementations, embracing automation and technology to elevate financial reporting and decision-making processes. She is also a dedicated mentor and team builder, initiating a CPA succession plan and supporting professional development within her teams.
Shannon holds a CPA, CGA designation and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University. She is passionate about creating sustainable financial infrastructure and thrives on connecting people, numbers, and systems to deliver results that matter.

With a strong background in regulatory compliance and industry standards, Chris has successfully led initiatives across various sectors, including aviation, utilities, and infrastructure. His expertise includes navigating complex frameworks such as Canadian Aviation Regulations, IOGP 690, and Basic Aviation Risk Standards (BARs) and familiarity with Major Oil and Gas Producers' Aviation Standards. This diverse experience underscores his commitment to precision, compliance, and operational excellence.
A committed member of the Utility, Powerline, and Construction (UPAC) committee, Chris remains deeply engaged with industry advancements and collaborative efforts to enhance safety, efficiency, and innovation.
